We do not collect payment card numbers on this website. Payment happens in person or through separate, secure processors.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Appointment confirmations and arrival window updates
Reminders approximately 24 hours and 2 hours before your window
Quotes and requests for your approval

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service request — typically 2 to 6 messages per job.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for messages sent or received. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Non-Sharing of Mobile Numbers

Your phone number is used solely to deliver the service-related messages you requested. This includes any category of information collected from you as part of the SMS opt-in process.

5. Service Providers We Use

To operate our service, we share limited information with the following processors — only what they need to deliver the service, and never for marketing:

Lovable Cloud — website hosting and database (stores your request record)
Twilio — delivery of SMS text messages (receives only your phone number and the message content we send)
Mailgun / Lovable Emails — delivery of transactional email (receives only your email and the message content we send)

6. Data Retention

We keep request records for as long as they are useful for service history, warranty follow-up, and legal recordkeeping. You may request deletion of your record at any time by contacting us (see below).

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children

Our service and website are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
