Terms of Service

The basics of doing business with ZEE Mobile Mechanic.

1. Acceptance

By using this website, submitting a service request, or receiving service from ZEE Mobile Mechanic, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request service.

2. Scope of Service

ZEE Mobile Mechanic provides mobile automotive maintenance and repair services (including light diagnostics, brakes, fluids and maintenance, electrical, leveling and lift kit installs, and fleet service) in Jacksonville, Florida and surrounding areas. Work is performed on location by Yazan Dares or an authorized technician.

3. Scheduling, Access, and Cancellation

  • You are responsible for providing accurate location details and safe, legal access to the vehicle.
  • Arrival windows are estimates. Traffic, weather, and prior jobs can affect timing; we will notify you of material changes.
  • You may reschedule at any time from your status page or by contacting us. Repeat no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a trip fee on future requests.

4. Quotes and Payment

Any quote we send is based on the information provided and initial inspection. If additional issues are discovered, we will contact you before performing additional work. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Warranty and Limitations

Workmanship is warranted against defects for a reasonable period consistent with the type of repair. Parts carry the warranty of their manufacturer. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage from continued use of an unsafe vehicle after we advised otherwise, or consequential damages beyond the amount paid for the service.

6. SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages, message frequency varies based on your service — typically 2 to 6 messages per job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for the full SMS program details.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
